Democracy Dies in Hong Kong

Democracy dies in Hong Kong as the remaining Pro Democracy Legislators quit the Legislative Council after a massive purge, while US China relations take a back burner because of the US presidential Election. Hong Kong police continue to arrest student activists and police brutality goes unchecked. But Mike Pompeo has sanctioned four more Hong Kong officials. But the days of Hong Kong being a free, international financial center are over, and that could have a huge impact on the China economy.
