There has been a lot of speculation that Covid-19 not only came from a lab, but that it was developed by the Chinese military as a bioweapon. A report in The Sunday Times doesn't prove that connection, but does show that the Wuhan Institute of Virology, where the virus is most likely to have leaked from, does have a connection to the Chinese military, the PLA.
