So in the recent Fifth Plenum of the Chinese Communist Party, where China lays out the next five year plan for the Chinese economy, Chinese Chairman Xi Jinping laid out what he called the dual circulation economy. And it shows one thing—the Chinese Communist Party is terrified of the US decoupling from China.
